Terms of Service

1. Scope of Estimates & Proposals

All financial calculations, savings estimates, and initial system sizes generated through our website form, or discussed during preliminary consultations, are based on average Sri Lankan energy tariffs and initial inputs provided by you.

These calculations are provided for educational and estimation purposes only. A binding proposal is only issued after:

• A certified Enrich Life engineer conducts a physical on-site structural and shadow analysis.
• We verify your historical electricity consumption profiles (utility bill analysis).
• A formal, signed commercial agreement is finalized between both parties.

2. User Responsibilities

To receive an accurate customized solar design, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information, energy bill details, and roof structural statuses.
• Ensure safe, legal, and unobstructed roof and electrical panel access for our technical representatives during scheduled on-site surveys.

3. Utility Approvals & Grid Connections

For on-grid and hybrid installations, Enrich Life Holdings coordinates the administration and paperwork with the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) or Lanka Electricity Company (LECO). However:

• Actual timeline approvals and solar smart meter connection dates depend entirely on local utility regional offices.
• Grid connectivity is subject to local transformer capacity limits enforced by the utility company.

4. Equipment & Warranty Terms

All installed solar panels, smart inverters, and lithium battery storage systems carry official manufacturer warranties. Enrich Life Holdings facilitates warranty repairs and replacements, subject to manufacturer evaluation. Warranties do not cover damage caused by unauthorized structural alterations, external electrical surges, or natural disasters beyond design load specifications.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), 3D layouts, and content presented on our website or generated for your proposal are the intellectual property of Enrich Life Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce these materials without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
